The CYpress

... and welcome to the new CYpress blog!  I am pleased to announce that I (Tava Reese) am taking over the CYpress for Alex Greene, after all of his excellent work in previous years!  I am very excited about this project and am praying that God will use it to meet some of the needs of the youth in the MW Presbytery and beyond!

     Some exciting new changes that we hope will take place in the near future are these;  photos from the retreats, information on upcoming speakers, resources for further reading on recent topics, and other articles on a plethora of subjects provided by YOU!  To get as many people interested in the new CYpress as possible, we will be updating it frequently throughout the year to meet requests that you guys have on subjects that you want to hear more about.  We will also be forming a fan page on Facebook, so that we can alert its members whenever we have new material on the blog.

     Finally, on a most important note, this effort cannot get off the ground without the participation and prayers of the youth of the MWP!  If you have any inkling that you might want to contribute, please email a sample of your writing and I will get back to you before editing or publishing it a.s.a.p.!  If writing isn't your gig, or you have something else you would like to contribute that is relevant to the retreat or the general edification of the saints, don't hesitate to contact us at thecypressMWP@gmail.com!
